Transformer, Two Primaries: each rated at 115VAC and 50/60 Hz  Two Secondaries, each rated 34VCT @ 0.5A  Series and Parallel connections of the paired windings allow for 115 or 230 VAC input and 34VCT @ 1A or 68VCT @ 0.5A.  Primaries are numbered 1-2 and 3-4; Secondaries are numbered 5-6-7 and 8-9-10. Winding polarities run in ascending numerical winding order. Connect 2-3 to input 230VAC between 1 and 4 or 1-3 and 2-4 to input 115VAC.  Likewise, connect 7-8 to output 68VCT between 5 and 10. and 5-8, 6-9 and  7-10 to output 34VCT. Weight approx 2 lbs.
