Commercial Ultrasonic / Audio Transmitter & Receiver Probe

Transducer Receiver consist of a piezoelectric ceramic disc mounted with-in a probe.  A conical metal resonator bonded at the center of disc acting as a rigid piston. This special construction provides high sensitivity, wider bandwidth and excellent durability in wide temperature and humidity ranges and high stability in electrical and mechanical characteristics. Due to its free vibration character the open type transducers are very suitable for continual wave driving, such as Doppler motion detector.

ASTATIC - 9000 - Power Module 9000 - Microphone In/Out

Astatic Corp was based on Conneaut Ohio for many years. Although they primarily produced microphones for voice-frequency communications work, they also made higher-fidelity models which are much less common. The company reorganized as Omnitronics LLC in 2000, and later combined CAD, Astatic and Omnitronics under the CAD Audio brand.

Model PM-9000 power module houses microphone electronics and features a superior low noise transformerless design for optimum frequency response. The PM-9000 power module also includes a switchable 12dB per octave high pass filter. The PM-9000 can be mounted either with 4 mounting screws or double-sided foam tape.
