Purchase Policy

• Electronic Surplus products, unless otherwise specified, carry a DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty under which Electronic Surplus will replace defective products at our discretion for 15 days, or refund the purchase price. Warranties do not cover damages caused by the misuse or mishandling of equipment by the purchaser or other users, nor do they cover parts installed by the purchaser or other users. Warranties are void if the product has been dismantled.
• Warranty:          Electronic Surplus makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Electronic Surplus shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.
• Electronic Surplus does not guarantee the compatibility of products on any purchase and is not responsible for any damages arising from the use/misuse of any product it sells.
• Electronic Surplus has a Minimum Order Policy of $15.00 of merchandise (excluding all shipping costs). If your order does not meet the minimum order Amount you WILL be charged a $10.00 Handling fee
• Returns of Electronic Surplus products are subject to a 15% return fee. This does not apply to products returned for exchange or replacement.
• Electronic Surplus makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our Web site(s). However, the documents and graphics published on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Electronic Surplus makes no representations about the suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive to make sure that all of the information on our website is up to date and accurate. Unfortunately, typos may occasionally slip through-and in such cases, we will work to correct the error as soon as possible. If this error affects the price or description of a product that you have ordered, we will notify you with the correct information so you can change your order if necessary.

If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, Electronic Surplus shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, Electronic Surplus shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.

• All sales to Ohio residents will include the appropriate sales tax.
• Electronic Surplus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Shipping Policy And Charges

Domestic Shipping Policies
Electronic Surplus, Inc enjoys a highly automated and well-organized shipping process that allows us to pass additional savings on to you. We strive to ship all orders the same business day they are received. Orders processed after 12:30 PM EST or on weekends will not ship until the following business day. If an item is not in stock you will be notified of the product's status within 1 Business Day.

Shipping charges On This Website are Estimated and your invoice will be adjusted to actual shipping costs.

UPS is our preferred domestic carrier. We also offer FedEx & USPS to domestic and international customers.

NOTE: Electronic Surplus, Inc does not ship or process orders on weekends. Orders that have not shipped by Friday at 1:30 p.m. EST will usually ship the following business day.

International Shipping Policy
Please contact Electronic Surplus, Inc - Sales Department for rates, restrictions, and other arrangements for international orders. International orders include any order with a billing or shipping address outside the 50 United States.

Orders for shipment outside the US are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties, and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds, by wire transfer or Credit card. We do not accept international checks, cashiers checks or money orders.

Return Policy

All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by Electronic Surplus within 15 days of the invoice date. Within fifteen (15) days of purchase, we will replace or repair, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective.

Products purchased under specific government or education contracts and or regulations may be subject to different return policies.

All non-defective unopened returns authorized by Electronic Surplus are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be returned within 15 days from date of invoice.

Mailing List

Electronic Surplus sends out periodic emails to inform our retail and wholesale customers of new offers and products. This list is run on a subscriber-only basis; we will not send you unsolicited mail. If you feel that you have received email that you did not sign up for, please reply to the email with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line, and we will remove you from the list within 72 Hours. • Electronic Surplus uses customer credit card and other billing account numbers only for the fulfillment of transactions initiated by customers.
