This is a landline telephone cord. It is the wire that usually attaches to the back of telephones and then connects to a modular wall jack. It uses what is called an RJ11 connector which is standard for this application. It can easily be used as a replacement or extension cable. There are 4 conductors allowing it to also be used with 2 lines.
