Voltsensor Controller. When Input goes above HIGH setpoint there is No Output. Output will remain OFF until voltage goes below LOW set point. Since either setpoint can be anywhere between the plus & minus power supply this adjustable hysteresis or deadband can be adjusted over this entire range. Pin-compatible with 555.
