Due to its chemical makeup, neoprene sheeting is a common material used to create industrial neoprene parts. Used as a water seal and reinforced with nylon fabric to provide extra strength and prevent stretching. It is a synthetic rubber with good resistance to oils, chemicals, and many damaging effects of weather. Neoprene rubber is also highly valued in outdoor applications, as it can withstand UV rays, ozone, and damaging weather effects.
