Front mount flange 5-5/16" long x 1.15" wide, has 4 mount holes at 5-1/4" centers . Note: Each of 9 positions has an 11 pin (11 position) edge card on rear. All position are removable, so the switch is actually 1 through 9 positions. Made in the USA.
