Made with an epoxy body and operating at a minimum temperature of -55°C and a maximum temperature of 150°C, these diodes are suitable for a wide range of electronic applications. These rectifiers offer high voltage ranges in a minimum-sized, epoxy-encapsulated package with low leakage current. All ratings are obtained without the use of special heat sink or mounting techniques. They are designed to withstand 500 G's shock and vibration of 100 Hz with a peak acceleration of 10 G's.
