10-pole Double-throw Western Electric telephone relays. Two 1300-ohm coils, one for each set of 5 precious metal bifurcated contacts. Absolutely beautiful construction, W.E. did such nice work in the 50's and '60's . . . may be a small bit of rust that would not effect operation.
